STOP HAYMAKERS THE JKD WAY

JKD Sifu Mike Goldberg's son Conner demonstrates how stopping haymakers dead in their tracks by countering with another strike like a backfist, hammerfist, white crane strike, spike elbow, or even a JKD lead or straight rear either along the ulnar nerve or bicep area can immobilize the attacking limb in a stealth like manner just in case cell cameras are rolling !!!
NOTICE: Make sure the attacker is properly padded on the inside of each arm that executes the haymaker. A protective headgear and mouthpiece for the student being coached is also HIGHLY recommended !!!
