Americans deserve safe bio-pharmaceutical products. This would effectively force companies to remove vaccines including mRNA Pfizer, Moderna and Spike antigen Novavax from the market and face a tsunami of liability litigation from injured and disabled patients. Going forward, companies would do rigorous safety testing as they would face standard liability as with any drug in the US.
