Today, in this [IDX | VanEck Indonesia Index ETF | Quick Take] video , we have a new ETF that recently caught my attention while I was doing my daily market scan. As most of you know, one of my end-of-day routines is to go through the double and multiple bottom tickers on the main page of FinViz. During this process, I came across a new ETF IDX, on Indonesia, a country located in Southeast Asia. I thought this could be an interesting addition to our portfolio, as we already have several ETFs on other Southeast Asian countries like Vietnam, India, and China.

I quickly did some research on this ETF, known as IDX, and added it to our ETF Google sheet. In this [IDX | VanEck Indonesia Index ETF | Quick Take] video , I will walk you through the key information and insights on IDX and discuss the potential risks and benefits of investing in it.

Starting with the basics, IDX is currently trading at a lower price compared to its 52-week high, making it a potentially lucrative opportunity for short-term trading. However, from a longer-term perspective, the risk-reward profile is still attractive, as it has a strong support level at 16. In addition to this, IDX also offers a small dividend.
