Ukraine strongly condemns the use of force against a peaceful protest in Tbilisi, - Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine

"The aggravation of the situation in Georgia is the result of numerous violations during the parliamentary elections on October 26. All violations recorded by international observers must be investigated, and those responsible brought to justice," wrote the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry is disappointed with the decision of the Georgian government to suspend the EU accession negotiations until 2028, believing that this decision, like the use of force against a peaceful protest, is evidence of the curtailment of democratic processes in the country in order to please Moscow.
