A transition is the riskiest time. In transition we are leaving the comfort of the known and entering “no-man's-land” until we reach the desired goal. Often a transition takes seconds or minutes, an almost imperceptable amount of time. But awareness of this previously imperceptable time offers an opportunity. The opportunity for intentional action. Mentally and physically connecting one movement to the next is required for participants to conquer the transitions of the Moving Meditation. Once that connection is made, the Moving Meditation exercise begins to flow. Taking that transitional flow into daily living fosters safety and awareness.
