On November 25, 2024, a DHL Boeing 737-400 crashed during its approach to Vilnius International Airport, killing one pilot and leaving others injured. The aircraft, which was cleared for an ILS approach to Runway 19, overshot the centerline during a right-hand turn, leading to an impact 8/10 of a mile short of the runway. Preliminary data and ATC audio suggest significant navigational errors in the last moments of flight.
