Agents dont like using Negotiator's chest armor...but maybe WE can make it work? / 1886-Sleipnir Bld

This video is an attempt to combine my blindfire Negotiator's build and the 1886-"By the Teeth" combo (that proves so deadly at long ranges. This build doesn't need to use the Negotiator's chest armor. In fact, it would PROBABLY be better to use an Overlord's chest armor with Braced talent or Overwatch or Obliterate talent. But, I want to see if killing 4 or 5 targets simultaneously is actually possible.

"By the Teeth" passive modifier gives crazy damage to long range attacks, but isn't always a one-shot kill. This makes it work well with Negotiator's Dilemma armor set, in general.

Using this build is simple:
1) Spray a group of enemies with an LMG
2) Switch to 1886 rifle and shoot the toughest enemy.
3) Watch the entire group die (theoretically!)
