On January 14th, 2022, police were called to a fight involving teenager Alexis, who was captured on CCTV engaging in an altercation. Alexis, who was kicked out by her parents and refused to provide her father's contact, insisted on calling her boyfriend, a number she claimed not to have. Despite her claims of self-defense, Alexis's non-compliance and resistance to arrest led to her being forcefully detained and charged.

On September 15th, 2023, 19-year-old Mairead Quigley was arrested for DUI by Officer Brock Westerman after being pulled over for traffic violations and displaying signs of alcohol influence.

On March 25th, 2022, Thomas Michael McCloskey was arrested by the Eustis Police Department after his truck was observed swerving across multiple lanes, leading to suspicions of intoxication. Despite his unwillingness to cooperate with sobriety checks, Thomas was detained, and a subsequent search of his vehicle revealed THC wax.

On March 7th, 2023, a girl named Delia, was arrested at school for being drunk, misbehaving, and refusing to give up a hidden liquor bottle. Despite warnings of charges, she remained confrontational, leading to her arrest and continued verbal abuse towards staff and officers. Her mother defended her, disbelieving the accusations. Eventually, Delia was charged with Battery on School Personnel, Minor in Possession of Alcohol, and Resisting, even after her mother filed a complaint against the officer.
