Ingredients
4 Apples
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
3/4 Cup Organic oats (Divided) if you are trying to keep this lower carb , then skip the oats and add an extra 3/4 of a cup of nuts
3/4 Cup Nuts (Divided)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2-3 Tbsp Butter
1/3-1/2 Cup Sweetener. (I used Boca Sweet)
2 tsp Yacon Syrup (you could also use molasses or you could use a brown sugar low carb sweetener, instead of the Boca sweet)

Directions
Dice up the apples, place them in a 8 x 8 baking dish.

Make your brown sugar substitute by adding Boca sweet mixed with Yacon syrup

Once that is combined, add half of your sweetener to the apples as well as your spices and mix to combine

Next, blend half a cup of oats and a half a cup of nuts, or if you were skipping the oats, add one cup of nuts to a mixer, then add your cottage cheese and combine

Spread that over the top of your apples

Next add 1/ 4 of a cup of oats and 1/ 4 of a cup of nuts to the mixer ( if you are skipping the oats again, just add the same amount of nuts to replace it.)
Then add 1 or 2 tablespoons of butter
also add the rest of your sweetener
pulse to combine until a chunky mixture has formed
Place that over the top of your Apple crisp

Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes
You want it to be crispy on top.
