Traffic is expected to be back to normal Friday after several lanes were flooded in Johnson County. Just after 11 a.m. Monday, Water One crews were working to stop a 20-inch water main break near Town Center Plaza. Rain slowed down repairs on 119th Street, but crews are scheduled to finish repairs Friday morning and reopen the westbound lane of 119th Street Friday afternoon.
