Tory Opposition leader Pierre Poilievre during Question Period on Wednesday called attention to the "unprecedented threat from President Trump's potential tariffs."

He pointed to Canada's "weakened" economy, borders, military and prime minister.

"Why can't we have a Carbon Tax election so Canadians can choose a leader with brains and backbone?"

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau responded by droning on with Liberal talking points on dental care, school food programs and $10 a day childcare.
