Reconciliation shifts the focus from assigning blame to rebuilding trust, understanding, and finding common ground. Blame often shuts doors to dialogue and potential solutions, while reconciliation opens them. If we want to solve problems and create lasting change, we must focus on keeping the dialogue open. Only through reconciliation can we pave the way to constructive outcomes and a better future.
