SAVING JAMES - A Father's Fight to Save his 12 Yr Old Son from Chemical Castration

My friend Jeff Younger is fighting a heartbreaking battle. His sons, James and Jude, have been effectively taken from him by his ex-wife, Anne Georgulas, and the California legal system.

Georgulas is obsessed with chemically castrating James under the guise of “gender affirmation,” treating him as a girl against Jeff’s will. Despite Jeff’s efforts, he is now powerless to prevent her from moving forward.

While James was still in Jeff’s care, he presented as a happy, healthy boy of his own volition. However, Georgulas, in collaboration with James’s school, began socially transitioning him in secret. Jeff provided video evidence of James enjoying life as a boy, but this was ignored by the courts.

Judge Mary Brown later stripped Jeff of all parental rights, and the Texas Supreme Court upheld a ban preventing him from intervening in James’s so-called “gender transition.”

In a devastating turn, Georgulas moved the boys to California just as it became a self-proclaimed “transgender sanctuary state.” There, in 2021, she filed to have James undergo chemical castration, bypassing Texas’s prohibitions.

For the past three years, Jeff has fought an expensive legal battle in California, but the odds have been stacked against him.

In February 2024, Georgulas filed a motion in Los Angeles County Superior Court to dissolve the protective order preventing her from subjecting James to “gender-affirming care.” She cited the opinion of psychologist Brigid Mariko Conn, who claimed James was “interested” in puberty blockers, estrogen, and even “bottom surgery.”

However, James has no treating physician. His so-called diagnosis came from an “LGBTQIAS2+” social worker, Danielle Hurwitz, who conducted a “Gender Assessment” on April 23, 2024—two months after Georgulas filed her motion.

California Judge Michelle Kazadi then sealed the case, blocking public access and even restricting lawyers from reviewing case documents. Later, the Los Angeles Superior Court claimed it had “lost” the Georgulas v. Younger file during a July 22 ransomware attack—after initially deleting public records of the case on May 30.

Judge Shelley Kaufman added further chaos by misrouting court orders to the wrong address, delaying Jeff’s ability to respond effectively.

Through it all, Jeff has demonstrated incredible resilience. It’s clear Jeff is a devoted father who has done everything possible to spare his sons from this twisted fate.

Yet now, all we can do is hope. A national ban on such irreversible procedures may pass before James is permanently harmed, but time is running out.

Elon Musk, whose own family has been impacted by this harmful ideology, is now aware of Jeff’s story. He and other major players have recently become advocates for Jeff’s fight to rescue James.
