North Korea is now utilizing audio frequencies to harass their neighbors
NSA retired US Army General Dr Michael Aquino uses the same tactics against the North Vietnamese during the Vietnam war with success. He then went on to create the infamous PSYOPS division of the US special forces based on this frequency project. Eventually integrating it into public radio and TV thus manipulating the masses
