City tries to SEIZE home after owner is FORCED out by fire

This home was boarded up and the lawn was getting out of control. I spoke with the neighbor across the street and she told me that the home had a fire 2 years ago, forcing the owner out. The lawn never gets cut and she tries calling the city with no luck. Now, the owner is in a battle because the city wants to take over the property and demolish the home.
