Trump doesn't have the will to do mass deportations

Mass deportations mean appropriate the money, build the infrastructure, bring aboard the personnel, go door to door, detain these people, send them home, make sure their countries take them back. Trump doesn't have the will to do this. His donors and the GOP are against it
