PURPLE HIBISCUS SOUR

A classic sour with floral notes of purple hibiscus. This drink is more of a summery, refreshing cocktail since I used a grapefruit gin.
The color of the syrup is blue and changes to purple after addition of acidity.

Recipe:
60ml-2oz CITRUSY GIN
30ml-1oz LEMON JUICE
15ml-1/2 oz PURPLE HIBISCUS SYRUP
1 EGG WHITE or other foamer

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain back into Shaker and dry shake. Fine strain into chilled coupe glass.
