#03: The Farmhouse / Farmhouse Renovation

In 2021, me and my wife bought this farm. I started working there on my own, and started to find that it was a little bigger than I thought I couldn't handle it on my own. So I wanted to sell it. Enthusiasm alternated with depression. But little by little, step by step, things started moving. It is 4 buildings including log house over 300 years old and 10.000 m2 of land. It was used as a economic cooperative from 1945 know as JZD in communistic Czechoslovakia. in 90s of 20th century it was returned in restitution in mad conditions and also new owners they didn't give a penny to save this heritage.
