Update on Jaime Gale Battle with the Town of Kingsville

WE DID IT!
Jaime had BIG success in Superior Civil Court today in her battle to stop the Town of Kingsville from installing a SMART water meter on her home!

1. I am her Mackenzie friend "with benefits" in that I can speak on her behalf if she experiences medical issues
2. We got an adjournment to Jan 6, 2025, half-day trial
3. AND, WE GOT TWO COURT ORDERS
- Court order #1 the Town of Kingsville CANNOT turn off her water
- Court order #2 the Town cannot install the Neptune Technology AMI SMART water meter

We are SOOOOO THRILLED with the judge's compassion, reasonableness and ruling!

Now, it's time to get to work to STOP the water meter PERMANENTLY.
