By what they hide,
you’ll come to see,
The flaws they mask,
so carefully.

If they lack truth,
their words distort,
Integrity bends,
to their own report.

Without awareness,
they criticize all,
But see not their faults,
no matter how small.

If they lack empathy,
your feelings they’ll slight,
Dismiss your pain,
and call it light.

Without boundaries,
they’ll overstep yours,
Act as if limits are simply no more.

When confidence wanes,
they’ll tear others down,
Stealing joy to escape,
their own frown.

BlockChain Meditation,
a Meditraption's guide,
Reflects the flaws,
they often hide.

life’s soundtrack,
pause and reflect,
Ask yourself,
what traits you neglect.

Sit once a week,
and check your own track,
Ensure you’ve stayed true,
and not fallen back.
