Jean Hersholt, in the role of an Air Force doctor, urges blood tests for syphilis. The doctor confers with persons who reveal statistics about syphilis and discuss its treatment. A comparison between the U.S. and Scandinavia is made, and a brief motion picture on the handling of syphilis by Scandinavia is shown. The doctor takes a blood test. Also includes appearances by a young Robert Mitchum and Noah Beery Jr.
