Feather in His Cap! Man in Fedora with Feather Stuck in It Pulled Over for DUI

Can’t argue with fashion! A man in Ohio wearing a fedora with a feather stuck in it and a trench coat was pulled over. He later tested for being over three times the legal limit for alcohol.
