Mentioned in the vlog:

Still a dark cloud over Trump... for now!

The cases dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE, which means someone could re-try him after Trump leaves the White House. Dismiss with prejudice means Trump CAN NOT and WILL NOT be prosecuted again for the same crime(s). Why not? The 5th amendment says so. see link: https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/double_jeopardy

"The Double Jeopardy Clause in the Fifth Amendment to the US Constitution prohibits anyone from being prosecuted twice for substantially the same crime. The relevant part of the Fifth Amendment states, "No person shall . . . be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb . . . . "

So, Trump lawyers are going to work non stop for the entire Trump term, 1/20/205 to 1/20/2029, just to wipe the charges out and clean!

Trump is pretty safe for the first 2 years of the term (2025 and 2026). Senate and House are in Republicans' control. Watch out for old and new RINOs.

Congress is the only entity that can kick a sitting President out of the White House. Not lawyers or the judicial system.

Impeachment by House and Conviction by Senate!!!

Several senators to watch out for 2026 mid term elections...

33 senators up for reelection, unless retirement, resignation or death:

13 democrats and 20 republicans...

Who to watch out for... on how they vote on bills, especially nomination and confirmation processes...
