FULL BODY FLEXIBILITY YOGA FLOW | Flexibility Yoga Challenge | DAY 7

Welcome to DAY 7 of the Flexibility Yoga Challenge! In today's class, we are doing a complete recap of the last 7 days. We will be taking sequences from each class and combining them in a full-body flexibility flow. You will need a strap and two blocks for this practice. Don't worry if you don't have those, a stack of books and a tie or a scarf are great alternatives. I hope you enjoy this class.
