Welcome to DAY 3 of the Flexibility Yoga Challenge! In today's class, we are focusing on the shoulders, upper back and chest. This class features a series of mobility and flexibility drills that will help to strengthen and stretch the whole of your upper body. You will need a strap and two blocks for this practice. Don't worry if you don't have those, a stack of books and a tie or a scarf are great alternatives. I hope you enjoy this class.
