Run the shoreline to see it fast. Paradise, for building in the trees w/ beauty. Can Wii do it?

I would rather find a few people to build out this great property I have owned for 15 years instead of sell it. I have the materials to put tiny houses up in the trees or move some of the best Tiny Texas Houses ever built and lift them up to connect with floating walkways using cables.

Yes, it is flood plain, but it is an incredible site for an inner city home near shopping and colleges. The big cities of Austin & San Antonio are 45 minutes away.
