An Analogy to Modern Gender Relations

I provide an analogy to the modern gender dynamic, where men are expected to get married and start a family while having little reason outside of biological instinct for doing so. This is also an expansion of what I've called the "brass tacks problem," making working with women a mostly pointless effort without the necessary baseline reforms.
