The AstraZeneca vaccine had a shockingly high incidence of serious adverse events of 4.8% (48,000 in a million) in those given the injections.

Serious adverse events were defined as myocardial infarction (heart attack , brain clots, abdominal clots , and clots in the eyes and lungs.

Astonishingly the median follow before unblinding was only 2.5 months, and median follow up after second dose was only 6.5 months.

No wonder regulators in most European countries suspended the AstraZeneca Vaccine as early as March 2021.
