🚄 We left 📍Changsha by train and, just two hours later, found ourselves in the stunningly picturesque 📍Zhangjiajie. ⁣

Greeted by our driver, we made our way to the breathtaking 🌋Grand Canyon, not fully knowing what to expect but excited for the journey ahead.⁣
⁣
And what a journey it was! 🏞️⁣

We climbed stairs (so many stairs!), crossed the world-famous #GlassBridge, descended into the canyon by elevators, walked scenic trails, took not one but TWO boat rides, and trekked a total of 15,000 steps over ⌚4 hours. ⁣

The sheer beauty of the landscape—lush greenery, towering cliffs, and serene waterways—made every moment worth it.⁣
⁣
By the time we met our driver to head to our boutique, family-owned hotel, we were completely in awe (and maybe a little exhausted). ⁣
⁣
🏨 The hotel, still under construction, looked promising from the photos, but nothing could have prepared us for the jaw-dropping view we woke up to the next morning. 🌄⁣
