10 Min "Get Going" Workout #4: Fast Feet, Push-Up, Squat

Hello Team! Welcome to our fourth "Get Going" style workout. Like all our videos it's 10 minutes long and this one focuses on burning fat and building endurance.

We have 3 rounds of Swings, Twists, and Planks each getting more challenging as it progresses. There is 45 seconds of active recovery between rounds and a 45 second cardio finisher! We have modifications for each exercise and if a rounds exercise is too challenging go back to the previous version.

All you need is a mat and 1 dumbbell (3-10 lbs).
