The U.S. Army Talent Management Task Force conducted a leader's professional development (LPD) briefing to the HQDA Staff Officers and their supervisors on Army Officer Talent Management initiatives and the Army Talent Alignment Process (ATAP).

This LPD is to inform the Army Staff on the need for personnel management reform and on-going efforts to develop, test, and implement talent management.
