Marine Special Operations Command permanent job field

General James Amos, commandant of the Marine Corps, explains the future of Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC) as he answers questions and concerns raised by the House Armed Services Committee. He says, "critical skill operators" within MARSOC will receive their own military occupational specialty, and may remain in MARSOC for their careers.
