On tests conducted by the Air Service. Reel 1, Gen. Mitchell poses aboard the mine planter Schofield. Phosphorus and explosive bombs hit the Alabama. Adm. R. B. Coontz confers with officers aboard the transport Henderson. Shows the Pennsylvania and the cruiser Olympia. The German battleship Ostfrlesland is sunk by various types of bombs. Reel 2, planes lay smoke around the New Jersey; it is bombed and sunk. The battleship Virginia is bombed and sinks.
