19-Year-Olds Learn How Shoplifting Becomes a Felony

On October 16, 2021 in Florida, officers responded to a call from Walmart concerning three women shoplifting. When loss prevention tried to stop the women, they fled. Almost immediately thereafter, an officer arrived on scene and spotted them in the parking lot. This is body cam footage of the events that followed.
