Volume 1: Chapter 3, General Political Considerations Based on My Vienna Period

This chapter concentrates on Hitler's years in Vienna and in the philosophies he forms there. Hitler believes that a man should not take part in politics publicly before he is thirty. Up until this time, he is learning and formulating his own views. Hitler will only speak of his views in small groups. He views this as a form of training.
