ONION CHEDDAR SPREAD
2/3 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
4 green onions, cut up
1 teaspoon coarse black pepper

Cream the cream cheese and sour cream together
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
Spread evenly in a baking dish

Bake 375* 10 to 12 minutes
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or veggies
You can spread this on a baguette and broil
This also makes a cheese topping for baked potatoes.

HAM & SWISS SPREAD
2/3 cup cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon coarse black pepper
1 1/3 cup Swiss cheese, shredded and divided
2/3 cup deli ham, diced

Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper
Fold in 1 cup Swiss cheese and diced ham
Spread evenly in a baking dish
Top with remaining cheese (1/3 cup) and bake

Bake 375* 18 to 20 minutes
Serve with favorite crackers, pretzels or veggies
You can also spread on baguettes and broil
