I toured around Brooklyn Heights in Brooklyn, NY. Brooklyn Heights is a luxury residential neighborhood with brownstone houses, condos, cafes, restaurants, apartments, and luxury hotels. You can see Lower Manhattan from Brooklyn Heights as a good view. This neighborhood attracts visitors and families to the walking trails of the Brooklyn Bridge Park. Brooklyn Heights is known to be the richest and one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Brooklyn with a lot of modern luxury you will see in-person. The median household income averages at $149,000 a year! At the Brooklyn Bridge Park, I walked around some parts of the park that were mostly piers, empty picnic grounds with less people, and a hidden forest park with weird-looking statues.

Living in Brooklyn Heights offers residents a dense urban feel and most residents rent their homes. In Brooklyn Heights, there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks that you would love to see. Brooklyn Heights is one of New York City's famous neighborhoods as it used to be America's first brownstone suburb in the 1830s. In 1965, it became a national historic landmark and the city's first historic district. A few celebrities that live in New York would move to Brooklyn Heights to see a closer view of Manhattan and others would remain in Lower Manhattan (Greenwich Village, Lower East Side, East Village etc.). There were some celebrities that have also lived in Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, Williamsburg, Sunset Park). In parts of Brooklyn, gentrification began in 1962, though it became identifiable in the 1970s and intensified considerably from the 1980s onward. A sizable influx of white gentrifiers in Black Brooklyn began in 2000 and it still continues today with other types of gentrifiers moving into residential areas and luxury apartments.
