Green Orb Follows My Daughter At Beach. Ghost? Spirit?

On the anniversary of her mother’s death, my daughter wanted to go to the beach and throw a message in a bottle out to sea for her mother. The beach was her mother’s favorite place. When we checked the video, we found the green orb following her. It appeared in several photos as well but only the photos of my daughter as she threw the bottle.
