Carbon County Montana Election Administrator Crystal Roascio and County Clerk and Recorder Macque Bohleen lie when they state they have removed themselves from the election process and only touch signature envelopes and never ballots-the election judges do all other aspects. Election Night Video shows no chain of custody and the clerks and staff individually handling ballots and going into rooms with no cameras with fists full of loose ballots.
