In today’s video we do a first-time viewing reaction to Tom MacDonald’s song “Scars”!
This song about pain, trauma and literally wearing your experiences on your sleve spoke to me in a way that many songs don’t.
I have tattoos of past traumas in my life as I am sure most folks with tattoos do. The tattoo that started it all for me was the one of “Anthony” my late son’s name.
I hit bottom and had some pretty dark days, but I didn’t choose the easy way out. It is so important that we fight to keep going as I now have TWO amazing kids that I wouldn’t have had if I gave up.
