In today’s video we do a first-time viewing reaction to All That Remains’s song “Let You Go”!
This song about the difficulty of letting a long-term relationship go is poignant considering my recent divorce and the end of a 14 year relationship. Looking back I held on far too long, but at the same time, I wouldn’t have my wonderful children if I had left earlier.
There takes a level of self-respect to recognize the harm you are doing to yourself by staying too long in a harmful relationship. If you don’t respect yourself, it is VERY difficult to care about the damage you are doing to yourself.
Improve your life and only keep folks around you that are ADDING to your life, not taking!
