Differing versions of Farm Bill have Colorado farmers, hemp producers and SNAP recipients on edge

As Congress moves to try and pass a new version of the Farm Bill with competing measures in the House and Senate, Colorado farmers and people who work with food stamp recipients are being cautious about what a final bill might bring.
