Are Apple Watches are Actually Accurate?

So this is a hospital grade brain sensor. And I'm going to test the rumour that suggests the Apple Watch's health tracking isn't as good as Apple says.
starting with sleep.

Okay so according to the brain sensor, I took 28 minutes to fall asleep. Then I slept for 7 and a half hours. Which is decent but I barely got any REM sleep. Kinda cool how I can see which side I slept on though.

So what about the Apple Watch?

So my results were in line with a study I found. For me, it measured an extra hour of sleep, half of which was REM sleep. And the study discovered that Apple Watches were only right

53% of the time. So…
