Prawn Strogonoff:
500g Prawn
150g Mushroom
125g Onion
1Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1Tsp Fish sauce
50g Butter
Salt to taste
White Pepper to taste
1/2 Cup Ketchup
4 Garlic cloves
1 Tbsp Garlic paste
1 Tsp Mustard
50 ml Whisky
200ml Double Cream
250ml prawn or fish stock or Bouillon
Parsley
