Men In Uniform Do Not Make Policy. That has to be made very clear. This rear Admiral should be instantly removed from his position and his boss should be reoved as well. This man has no business making this statement. Policy rest exculisvely with the civilian leadership--elected and appointed. Now these appointed and elected leaders, if they are behind this, they are suicidal, they are psychopaths. There is no win in this war, nothing good has been accomplished for Ukraine. The media have never told the truth. There are at least 600,000 - 700,000 dead Ukrainians, at least, and 100,000's more wounded who will never recover..
