Trump just appointed man closely tied to Soros as Treasury Secretary

What the hell is going on here?!?!?! My mom keeps saying Trump is using the 'keep your enemies close to you' strategy. I'm not buying that anymore. Most everyone Trump has picked is Israel first and keep funding Ukraine at all cost. Most of his appointments are making any sense to me and a stark contrast to America First and world peace.
