The US-made M2 ​​Bradley infantry fighting vehicle was delivered to the repair unit of the Center group of forces from the Avdeevka direction of the special military operation zone by the repair and evacuation group.

The evacuation of the BMP took place in two stages. First, an engineering reconnaissance of the evacuation area was conducted to ensure the safety of personnel and the equipment used. The second stage was the actual operation to evacuate the armored vehicle, which was delivered to the repair unit using an armored repair and recovery vehicle (BREM).

The armored vehicle fell into the hands of Russian servicemen with almost a full set of ammunition and without critical damage. After minor repairs, it was possible to restore almost all units and assemblies, including the engine. In a short period of time, repair specialists will replace some of the electrical wiring and restore damaged parts, after which a decision will be made on the further use of the captured American equipment.
