Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Officer Kills Victim of Home Invasion

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police officer Alexander Bookman, 26, was involved in an officer involved shooting on November 12, 2024. We believe the officer failed to properly assess the situation and utilized unnecessary deadly force where it was not warranted. As a result, the victim, Brandon Durham, 43, of a home invasion was killed while the perpetrator was left unharmed.
