Let me do my soapbox moment. I am not a Dak hater. I am not a Dak apologist either. I consider myself a Dak realist. He’s not a top 3 qb in the league, but he’s also not outside the top 10 and it’s absurd to put him out of the top half, that’s just clickbait. Cooper Rush getting a shot with this team is eye opening isn’t it? The team is bad and now that we see what we know to be a competent backup struggling we can truly see how much Dak was actually doing to put points on the board, he was a help, not a hindrance. So let’s cut the nonsense, clickbait takes on Dak. He’s probably a top 5-10 quarterback and like nearly every quarterback in the league, except future goat Mahomems, you actually have to field talent around him if you want to win games that matter. That is why Steelers, Bengals, Ravens, VIkings, Bills, Jets, and even the Chiefs went and got extra weapons mid season via trade.
