Marx had no answer to David Hume regarding causation or the problem of induction and so, there could be nothing scientific about his socialism. Not to mention the deterministic nature of Marxism would render it unknowable on its own terms. Not to mention the is/ought fallacy ridden prescriptions of anyone espousing Marxism. Marx thought contradiction was built into reality when actually it is just built into his thinking.
